How do I send a form, from a web page, using an asp file?

I am trying to learn how to use asp to submit a form over the internet. I need to be able to take information from the form and send it to an email address. This information should be readable and given to someone so that they too are able to read it easily. Informaitoin should be separated by catagories ie. Address, Message etc
