Use an obfuscator...you can't really "scamble" code as it needs to be able to be reverted back to what it was...
How do u scramble the code in a project done in VS 2005 after the release of the of ASP.NET project ?
I believe VS 2005 contains a program called Dotfuscator. It's the obfuscator that Microsoft uses.
