I am looking for an application to design rich web based forms to capture information through a web browser and append to a db. Something more automated and 'pretty' than designing each form individually in .net.

What is the best application for generating asp forms based on database tables?
There are a plethora of apps that do this. Try Dreamweaver (adobe.com), IronSpeed Designer - some people have even used MS Access to do this. Frontpage has that functionality built-in.
